Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in B2B and B2C, preferably in construction, engineering and industrial solutions.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with a result-driven mindset.
• Expertise in prospecting, lead generation and market penetration.
• Proven experience in strategic sales planning and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills. Verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable conducting field visits and engaging clients both in-person and online.
