Job summary

W Bridges Manpower Corporation is seeking a Certified Safety Officer in the Philippines to inspect job sites, enforce health protocols, and ensure DOLE-compliant safety standards. The role focuses on protecting workers and maintaining safety documentation across construction sites.

The candidate should have 2–3 years’ safety experience in construction or engineering and complete 40-hour BOSH/COSH training from a DOLE-accredited organization.

Qualifications

• Mandatory 40-hour BOSH or COSH training from an accredited DOLE organization.
• 2–3 years of experience in safety roles within construction/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily/weekly safety walkthroughs of scaffolding, heavy equipment, excavations, and PPE.
• Lead daily pre-work safety briefings on site hazards and safe methods.
• Implement HIRAC and manage the Permit-to-Work system for high-risk tasks.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; submit corrective action reports.
• Maintain OSH reports, safety logs, and DOLE/BWC documentation.
