Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. seeks a qualified Safety Officer to lead safety programs across project sites in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will hold a DOLE-accreditedSafety Officer credential and COSH certification, with 2–4 years of construction industry experience and strong leadership abilities. The role requires expertise in OSHS standards, DOLE regulations, and health and safety laws, plus reportable incident investigations, hazard identifications, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in the construction industry.
• Must be DOLE-accredited Safety Officer with a COSH certification.
• Knowledgeable in the OSHS, DOLE regulations, and other health and safety laws.
• Experience in conducting safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety orientations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work flexible hours when required.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities
