Job summary

PGATech Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, PRC license is a plus, and has experience with ITP and quality control procedures. Willingness to be assigned to different project locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PRC license is a plus.
• Experience as a QA/QC Engineer with ITP knowledge.
• Willing to be assigned to different project locations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures at the project site
• Review and verify material test reports, inspection records, and construction documentation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation of inspection results
• Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related concerns
• Assist in developing and updating the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
• Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
