Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure projects meet safety, design, and regulatory standards. You will develop PQP and ITPs, inspect materials, monitor workmanship, and coordinate with contractors to uphold quality.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering license, has 1–3 years’ QA/QC or site experience, and demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This on-site role is based in Makati, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
• 1–3 years work experience as QA/QC Engineer or Site Engineer.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Write Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Check incoming materials, monitor workmanship, and run field or laboratory tests
• Review contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with standards
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defects and track corrective actions
• Keep accurate inspection records, calibration logs, and final handover files
