Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Director to provide strategic leadership in the planning, management, and execution of construction projects.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the successful candidate will oversee project operations, budget management, contractor coordination, and project implementation while ensuring that all projects align with organizational objectives, quality standards, and established timelines.

This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional with strong technical expertise, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in successfully managing projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Location: Cebu City

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction in the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring compliance with approved plans, budgets, timelines, and established procedures.
• Lead project budgeting, cost management, and progress monitoring to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Manage and supervise Quantity Surveying, Technical Planning, and Construction Management teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Oversee contract administration and contractor management throughout project implementation.
• Lead project plan reviews and value engineering initiatives to improve cost efficiency and overall project performance.
• Work closely with the COO and Management Team to ensure project strategies and deliverables align with business objectives.
• Ensure that construction management teams consistently follow project management standards, processes, and procedures.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to technical and construction teams to strengthen operational performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
• At least 15 years of solid experience in project management, including budget management, contract and contractor management, and project implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management, project planning, cost control, and project execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and managerial capabilities, with experience overseeing technical and construction teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in budget analysis, cost management, and project performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of current construction industry standards, best practices, and relevant technologies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and results-driven.
• Willing to work in Cebu City.
