Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions seeks a seasoned Project Director to lead planning, management and execution of construction projects from Cebu City. The role reports to the COO and covers budgeting, contractor coordination and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Ideal candidates bring licensed civil engineering credentials, 15+ years in project management, and strong skills in cost control, planning and stakeholder communication. Onsite, full-time role in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
• At least 15 years of solid project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management, planning, cost control and execution.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in planning, execution, monitoring and completion of construction projects.
• Oversee project implementation within approved plans, budgets and timelines.
• Lead budgeting, cost management and progress monitoring for efficient resource use.
• Manage Quantity Surveying, Technical Planning and Construction Management teams.
• Oversee contract administration and contractor management during implementation.
• Lead plan reviews and value engineering to improve cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with COO and Management to align strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to PM standards, processes and procedures.
• Mentor and coach technical and construction teams to strengthen performance.
