Qualifications

• Construction project management experience is required.
• Residential construction project management experience is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of engineering experience is required.
• Experience coordinating site works with Foremen and Sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction works by coordinating manpower and materials.
• Coordinate site works with Foremen, Sub-contractors and related personnel.
• Provide technical support through coordination with engineers and architects.
• Inspect and assure quality of work done.
• Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans.
• Determine project responsibilities by assigning personnel to phases.
• Study designs and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and study project plans and schedules.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress and coordinating activities.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
