The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, at least two years of project in-charge or coordination experience, and the ability to read and interpret working drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project schedules are met and the quality of work.
• Oversee ongoing construction projects.
• Estimate quantities of materials.
• Schedule and distribute workers across project sites.
• Monitor project progress and create status reports.
• Communicate changes to the project plan with all departments.
• Assist with resource scheduling so teams have the resources they need.
• Prepare and manage project management documents.
• Schedule meetings with concerned departments for project updates.
