Job summary

Imperial Enterprise and Development Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate skilled and unskilled labor, foremen, and subcontractors on construction sites in the Philippines. You will be the main liaison between the Construction Project Manager, site teams, and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget project execution.

You will oversee safety, quality, schedules, and cost control, while maintaining clear documentation and proactive problem-solving to optimize site

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; certifications in construction management are a plus.
3-5 years of experience in construction project management or engineering with site supervision focus.
Strong cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
Proficient in Gantt charts and construction management software.
Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with foremen and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Oversee foremen and workers on-site to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Manage government project implementation and liaise with stakeholders.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
Develop, update, and monitor schedules and Gantt charts.
Supervise daily work activities and enforce safety protocols.
Coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel.
Ensure construction work complies with plans, specs, and quality standards.
Conduct daily inspections, address quality issues, and guide corrective actions.
Report discrepancies to the Project Manager and resolve them.
Ensure documentation and progress reports are completed and submitted on time.
