Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, or civil engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus.
• Willing to coordinate with project sites and conduct site visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and project information.
• Identify the total project contract value and scope.
• Review submitted project work specifications, including materials, equipment, consumables, manpower, and dates.
• Provide the Project Manager with regular project status updates.
• Prepare updated reports on work specifications, resources, and materials requested and consumed at the project site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure site teams meet commitments against the schedule.
