Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination.
• Hands-on onsite experience in construction or engineering projects including documentation, coordination, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
• Sales or consulting experience is an advantage.
• Experience with project management or construction software solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to understand project requirements and business objectives.
• Analyze project workflows to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution consultations.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and customer success.
• Provide professional consultation and recommend digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation and adoption of project management and construction software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business challenges and providing value-driven solutions.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate services or solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, construction technologies, and project management best practices.
