Job summary

KMC Solutions in the Philippines is seeking an organized Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of business operations, systems, and processes. You will work with the Operations and Strategy team to implement business requirements and maintain operational systems across areas including WHS, ESG, procurement, and quality management.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, administration, compliance, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business systems or project management software.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, templates, and procedures.
• Create, update, and coordinate the implementation of business templates, forms, guides, and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline processes across business functions.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Operations and Strategy team.
• Support the administration and improvement of operational platforms including Asana, Harvest, Procore, Breadcrumb, and Jonas.
• Create, update, and maintain Procore forms, inspections, tools, and templates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and databases.
• Provide administrative support for WHS activities and monthly leadership meetings.
• Maintain pre-qualification, licensing, and compliance registers.
• Support the administration and implementation of ESG policies and initiatives.
