Job summary

The candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management is required, with preference for construction materials handling.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management.
• Preferably with experience in the construction industry or handling construction materials.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock monitoring, receiving, and issuance procedures.
• Organized, responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving, storage, issuance, and distribution of construction materials and supplies.
• Check deliveries against Purchase Orders, invoices, and Delivery Receipts.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock and warehouse records.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and safekeeping of materials.
• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with Purchasing, Project Sites, and other departments.
• Supervise loading, unloading, picking, packing, dispatch, and warehouse personnel.
