Job summary

ILO Construction, Inc is seeking a warehouse/purchasing support to manage inventory, handle deliveries, and maintain proper records in our Batangas facility. The role requires experience in construction materials and warehouse operations, with focus on accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

The successful candidate will maintain stock levels, assist in receiving and releasing items, and ensure proper filing of all warehouse documents. A background in construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a vocational/short course certificate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of purchasing/inventory and warehouse management experience in a construction company.
• Experience handling construction materials, tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Check, receive, and release purchased items and monitor warehouse tools and equipment.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing deliveries are hauled, stored, and tallied with records.
• Maintain and file warehouse documents such as receipts and return slips.
• Regularly update inventory records accurately.
• Establish efficient stock filing and ensure proper stock levels for each product.
• Safekeep and maintain tools, repair kits, and equipment.
• Ensure returns comply with item returning procedures.
• Keep shelves, workstations, and goods clean and organized.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
