Broer Builders Construction Corporation is seeking a warehouseman to manage the intake, storage, and dispatch of materials and tools at the project site. You will verify deliveries, label and organize stock, and maintain precise inventory records.
The role requires physical fitness, accuracy, and the ability to work with site engineers and procurement teams. Immediate availability and prior warehouse experience at construction sites are advantageous.
Responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, monitoring, and releasing construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies at the project site. Ensures that all materials are properly accounted for, safely stored, and available when needed for construction operations.
Receive and inspect deliveries of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Verify quantities and specifications against delivery receipts, purchase orders, or material requests.
Properly label, organize, and store materials in designated areas.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Release materials and tools to authorized personnel based on approved requests.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile records.
Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials to prevent damage or loss.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse or storage area.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Foreman, Procurement, and HR/Admin regarding material requirements and deliveries.
Monitor and maintain records of tools and equipment issued to workers.
Secure company materials, tools, and equipment against unauthorized use or removal.
Prepare inventory reports and other warehouse-related documentation.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
At least High School Graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage.
Preferably with experience as a warehouseman, stockman, or material custodian in a construction site.
Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of handling and moving materials when necessary.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Basic knowledge of inventory records and documentation.
Willing to work on a construction site and under varying weather conditions.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Can start immediately.
