Job summary

BKL Construction Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage receiving, storage, and issuing of materials on construction sites. You will ensure accurate inventory records and coordinate with site engineers and foremen to meet project material needs.

The role requires high school or vocational graduate, physical fitness for manual work, and willingness to be assigned to project sites. Immediate start is an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or material handling is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in a construction company or project site.
• Knowledgeable in receiving, checking, storing, and issuing materials and equipment.
• Able to maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
• Honest, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites as needed.
• Can start immediately is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Properly store and organize materials inside the warehouse.
• Release materials and equipment based on approved requests or documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
• Maintain documentation of receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and properly organized.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, Purchasing, and other concerned personnel regarding material requirements.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
