Job summary

HG-III Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support department planning and handle receiving, issuing, storing, and transferring construction and equipment materials. You will ensure accurate Receiving Reports, maintain stock levels, and coordinate with project teams for timely material delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a proactive approach to inventory control, safety, and record-keeping within our Palawan site.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Head in identifying risks in the department.
• Participate in achieving the department's quality objectives and targets.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions for construction consumables.
• Adhere to Warehouse processes and procedures to achieve intended results.
• Check delivered items against PO/BOQ/BOM/DR-SI and coordinate with PM/In-charge, QA QC Engineer, and EFM Coordinator for inspection and validation.
• Ensure completeness of signatories and information in Receiving Reports and update daily stock records.
• Receive inquiries for issuance/borrowing, check stock availability, and issue materials with signed Withdrawal Slips.
• Store materials in racks, observe safe segregation and labeling, and implement visual controls.
• Coordinate stock transfer requests, validate transfer availability, and prepare Transfer Slips.
• Monitor borrowing of tools, record onsite borrowings, report damage or maintenance needs, and generate weekly tool inventories.
• Maintain daily/weekly stock inventory databases, align with Finance, EFM, and Warehouse Head for reporting, and share inventories with concerned departments.
• Report thefts, irregularities, and safety issues; promote health and safety; maintain workplace cleanliness; adhere to company rules and ISO standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Immediate Head.
