Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking an HRD Manager to develop employee capabilities, manage performance, and ensure HR processes support growth. The role integrates training, recruitment, and strategic planning to maintain a skilled, motivated, and compliant workforce in Metro Manila.

The position requires a Bachelor's in HRM or related field, with leadership skills and expertise in HRIS, payroll, and labor laws. Onsite five days in Little Baguio, San Juan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred but not required).
• Experience leading HR teams and implementing programs.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
• Manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and career plans.
• Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
• Foster employee relations and effective communication between staff and management.
• Oversee HR administration, payroll, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Contribute to strategic HR planning aligned with business goals.
