Job summary

K84 Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a Logistics and Motorpool Supervisor to oversee transportation, vehicle, equipment, and logistics operations across the project sites. You will schedule and dispatch vehicles, monitor maintenance and utilization of motorpool resources, and coordinate with sites, drivers, mechanics, and procurement to ensure timely movement of personnel and materials.

The role prefers a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3–5

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics, fleet management, or motorpool operations.
• Experience in a construction or project-based environment preferred.
• Knowledge of truck and heavy equipment operations, maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project sites, drivers, equipment operators, mechanics, purchasing, warehouse, and administration.
• Ensure the timely and efficient movement of personnel, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Oversee scheduling and dispatching of company vehicles.
• Monitor maintenance, utilization, and condition of motorpool resources.
