Job summary

All About People Consulting is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with PFRS, BIR regulations, and strong internal controls. A CPA with 5–8 years in finance and substantial construction industry experience is required.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, project costing, and financial reporting, while mentoring the finance team and coordinating with auditors, banks, and senior management.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 5–8 years in finance and accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Construction industry experience required.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, job costing, and financial reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of Philippine taxation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including accounting, treasury, budgeting, and planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS, BIR regulations, and other government requirements.
• Manage tax planning, filing, and compliance including VAT and income tax.
• Monitor project costs, job costing, WIP, and profitability of construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and operations teams for accurate project reporting and cost control.
• Establish internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and proper management of payables and cash flow.
