Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and finance operations for a global shared services organization. You will partner with senior management and business teams to drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.

Key responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting, preparing dashboards and models, overseeing month-end close and reconciliations, ensuring regulatory reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in Finance and Accounting with FP&A, budgeting and reporting experience.
• CPA is highly preferred; CMA/CFA or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze results, variances, trends, and overall business performance.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and models for management.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and finance operations for a global shared services organization.

You will work closely with senior management and different business teams to drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and business performance.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and financial models for management.
• Monitor budgets and control spending across departments.
• Oversee month-end close and accounting operations, including AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting.
• Review financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and controls.
• Work closely with auditors, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of Finance and Accounting experience.
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Experience managing month-end close and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
• CPA is highly preferred. CMA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
