Job summary

Haskell Philippines is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help lead construction projects, coordinate field teams, and ensure on-site safety and quality. You will work with the PM and Superintendent to manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and site documentation.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and at least 5 years of experience in construction leadership. Travel and relocation flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting/leading construction projects.
• Experience with subcontracting scopes (buyout).
• Strong scheduling expertise.
• Experience drafting and expediting responses to RFIs.
• Processing subcontractor submittals, with some financial acumen.
• Highly mobile and flexible to work in any location.
• Experience with cost management and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Field management, safety, and quality oversight.
• Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform work, and on-site reporting.
• Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Update progress schedules with project team.
• Assist budgeting, cost reporting, and change orders.
• Support design coordination and permits tracking.
• Maintain site logs and as-builts.
