• Proven record of successful projects and management of large and complex projects.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule and budget across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from assignment through completion.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance on site.
• Coordinate design review, procurement, subcontractors, and change orders as required.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and RFIs to meet schedule milestones.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
