Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
• Prepare detailed estimates aligned with project requirements and budget constraints.
• Develop construction schedules and coordinate with project teams to sequence work and monitor progress.
• Assist in evaluation of zoning, ordinances, site plans, and permits; coordinate with stakeholders for compliance.
• Maintain knowledge through training; observe Data Privacy Act; perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.
