• BS in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• PRC license in Civil Engineering is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience as Estimator in civil construction.
• Port construction experience is advantageous.
• Experience in contract management, technical and financial proposals, MTO/BOM pricing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and financial proposals.
• Perform Material Take-Off (MTO) and Bill of Materials (BOM) pricing.
• Engage in internal and external estimation discussions and presentations.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate estimates in fast-paced environments.
