GoTeam is seeking a Construction Estimator based in Cebu who can turn drawings and specs into airtight cost estimates. You will own the numbers behind every bid—from quantity takeoffs to final proposal—for a growing portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in estimating software (Procore/PlanSwift/Bluebeam) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers behind every project from drawings to final estimate.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and documentation to prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct cost analysis covering direct and indirect construction expenses.

• 3+yearsofprovenexperienceasaConstructionEstimatorintheconstructionindustry
