Job summary

RG Group Management Corporation in the Philippines seeks a driven sales professional to prospect new accounts among Construction Equipment Dealers and direct clients in the Heavy Equipment sector, while managing existing portfolios to hit marketing, credit and profitability goals.

You will work in the field with a valid driver’s license, coordinating with dealers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring documentation to book accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably fieldwork.
• Must have on-the-road experience and a valid driver's license.
• Trainable and eager to learn industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field with dealers.
• Experience in banking/financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new accounts from Construction Equipment Dealers & Agents or direct client (Heavy Equipment)
• Ensure quality of accounts by pre-screening per credit processes and policies
• Negotiate agreements with dealers, agents, direct clients
• Secure from clients and provide all required documents to book accounts
• Manage existing customer portfolio to meet marketing, credit and profitability objectives
• Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior
