Job summary

ARCHON PHILIPPINES is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to support our heavy equipment sales initiatives. You will generate new accounts, manage key relationships, and present solutions to clients while meeting targets.

The role requires fieldwork, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to customer sites. You will collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling accounts is preferred.
• Exposure to government bidding is an advantage.
• MS Office knowledge; CRM familiarity.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to do fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Generate new accounts and nurture existing client relationships.
• Meet sales targets through strategic selling and client engagement.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and required documentation.
• Conduct client visits and product presentations.
