Responsibilities

• Promote and sell trucks, heavy equipment, and related products.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate trucks or heavy equipment.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers within company guidelines.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the service, parts, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain updated records of customers, prospects, and sales activities.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and address customer concerns.
• Attend trade shows, exhibits, company events, and other sales activities when required.
