Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Cost Engineer to join our team. You will help ensure accurate cost estimation and schedule management across the project lifecycle for Motortrade branches nationwide.

You will collaborate with project teams to prepare guidelines, review changes for compliance with engineering standards, coordinate activities, and maintain all construction documents to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Professional license in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• 1–4 years in Civil/Construction/Structural engineering.
• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and schedules.
• Proficient in budgeting, planning, and monitoring investments.
• Comfortable negotiating cost information with contractors.
• Willing to perform fieldwork when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project cycle from design to renovation of all Motortrade branches nationwide.
• Prepare and review technical construction guidelines.
• Review proposed changes to ensure alignment with standards, policies, and project details.
• Coordinate project activities with superiors and the construction team.
• Maintain construction documents for each project.
• Ensure all projects comply with engineering standards and best practices.
