About the role:

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cost Engineer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all project costs and schedules are accurately estimated and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. You will be working closely with our project teams to ensure the successful completion of construction, maintenance, and renovation of all Motortrade branches nationwide, aligned with engineering standards.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Professional License in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• 1-4 years of experience specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural
• Must be able to prepare accurate cost estimates and schedules
• Proficient in budgeting, planning, and monitoring of investment projects
• Comfortable negotiating and discussing cost information with contractors
• Willing to perform fieldwork when necessary
