ASEC Development and Construction Corporation seeks a motivated Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our project teams in Davao City.

You will support site–office communication, oversee BOQ accuracy, analyze cost variations, manage scope changes, and document deviations while tracking progress and billings.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, 6–12 months of estimating experience, and familiarity with MS Office, SAP, ISO 9001, and change management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of estimating/quantity surveying experience in construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of EHS standards.
• Knowledge of cost management including planning, estimating, and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with contracts management, SAP systems, and ISO 9001 is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of change management, variation orders, and claims procedures.
