Job summary

ASEC Development & Construction Corporation is seeking an Architect with at least 1 year in estimating/quantity surveying to support site operations and cost control. The role emphasizes BOQ accuracy, change management, and precise record-keeping across ongoing projects in Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with SAP or scheduling tools, enabling effective collaboration with the support team and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• At least 1 year of estimating/quantity surveying experience in construction.
• Experience in field operations preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of cost management including planning and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with contracts management and change orders.
• Knowledge of SAP systems and scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports communication between the site and the support team regarding operations.
• Oversee BOQ accuracy and analyze cost variations and implications.
• Manage scope changes in relation to the BOQ.
• Documents and records scope deviations and quantity changes.
• Maintains record of work progress, executed quantities, and billings.
