Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with government regulations, permits, and licensing.
• Monitor labor, safety, and environmental compliance across operations.
• Identify legal risks in projects, contracts, and operations.
• Handle disputes involving clients, contractors, suppliers, or employees.
• Review and manage claims related to delays, variations, damages, or breaches.
• Provide legal advice to management and departments on company matters.
• Advise on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
