Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly organized Construction Accounting Specialist to support our accounting and finance team. The role focuses on construction-specific processes including job costing, payroll reporting, and vendor/customer record maintenance.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of construction accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Construction accounting experience required.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger accounting and job costing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Generate customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with job cost tracking and project accounting.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and documentation.
• Maintain vendor and customer records.
• Assist with payroll administration and labor reporting.
• Review and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain organized digital accounting records.
• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting.
