The role involves supporting monthly and year-end closings, assisting the General Manager with quotations and client meetings, and monitoring expenses and budgets. Strong Excel skills and independent work capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of general accounting experience in related industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
• Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing or reports.
• Support the General Manager with sales quotations, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor company expenses, budgets, and other accounting-related activities.
