Job summary

SiteMinder Limited is seeking a Configuration Success Analyst in Metro Manila to join our global customer success team. You will lead end-to-end customer experiences from onboarding to retention, building strong relationships with customers to ensure successful setup of our products.

The role focuses on English-speaking markets across APAC/EMEA/AMER, with a 24/7 rotating shift including mornings and nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-office support or technical support.
• Ability to configure products and manage contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and procedural adherence.
• Experience managing cases in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide back-office technical and configuration support across APAC/EMEA/AMER with focus on English-speaking markets.
• Handle contract-related admin tasks and update information accurately.
• Process product drop-offs and perform system updates per internal procedures.
• Manage CRM cases, queues and back-office requests within SLAs.
• Investigate issues, coordinate with teams to resolve or escalate as needed.
• Maintain complete case documentation in the CRM system.
