Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a Configuration Consultant in the Philippines for a hybrid, full-time role within the Professional Services department. You will configure software solutions, support data migration and testing, assist with integrations, and document technical details as part of customer implementations.

You will collaborate with project teams, maintain project tasks, and elevate risks while continuously expanding your technical knowledge. Prior SaaS or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in software implementation and technical consulting.
• Basic understanding of databases, integrations, or software configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
• Proactive learner with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with SaaS applications or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
