Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Taguig.

The Conference Producer is responsible for end-to-end development of conferences and events, including researching market trends, identifying relevant topics, and shaping compelling agendas. The role involves securing high-quality speakers, managing communication with stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and stakeholder research, drafting program content, preparing speaker briefs, and supporting event logistics and timelines. The Conference Producer also collaborates with marketing and sales teams to position events effectively, drive audience engagement, and contribute to overall event performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Conference Production and Event Management skills to design, plan, and execute high-quality events.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Speaker Acquisition skills to identify key topics, target audiences, and secure relevant thought leaders.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with speakers, partners, internal teams, and event participants.
• Candidates should possess organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Beneficial qualifications include experience in B2B events, familiarity with legal, compliance, cybersecurity, finance, or IT sectors, and the ability to analyze industry trends.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with standard office and online collaboration tools, and strong written and spoken English are advantageous.
