Job summary

CONNEXIUS GROUP PTE LTD is seeking a Conference Producer to research, develop and deliver high-quality conference programmes in Manila. You will identify topics, secure senior speakers and build agendas that attract delegates and sponsors.

You will research industry trends, develop themes and identify high-level speakers, including C-suite executives and government officials. You will also craft compelling marketing copy and coordinate with marketing, sales and operations to hit targets.

• Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
• Confident approaching and speaking with senior executives.
• Well organised and able to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
• Willing to travel for events when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage speakers before and during the event, including briefings, logistics and on-site coordination.
• Collect post-event feedback and use it to improve future programmes.

About the role

About you

• Degree in business, communications, journalism or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in conference production, research, journalism or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong research skills are welcome to apply)

• Well organised and able to manage several projects and deadlines at once

• Willing to travel for events when required
