Job summary

ID8 Integrated Digital Agency in Manila is seeking a detail-driven Junior Producer to support the end-to-end production of video, branded, digital, and publishing projects. You will assist Senior Producers with scheduling, logistics, client communication, and asset management to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment, and willingness to work on-site during shoots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production, media, advertising, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with video production processes and workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and production management tools.
• Willing to work flexible hours and on site during shoots when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Producers in managing all stages of video and content production from concept development to final delivery.
• Coordinate production schedules, timelines, logistics, and operational requirements.
• Support communication with clients and ensure project updates are properly relayed.
• Coordinate with talents, crew, suppliers, and clients before, during, and after production.
• Assist in preparing scripts, shot lists, call sheets, production schedules, permits, and other production documents.
• Organize and maintain production assets, project files, footage, and creative materials.
• Provide on site production support to ensure smooth and efficient shoot execution.
• Help manage production workflows and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist in monitoring post production progress including editing, revisions, approvals, and final outputs.
• Support multiple agency and publishing projects while maintaining production quality standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, file management, and archiving of production materials.
• Perform other production related tasks assigned by Senior Producers or management.
