You will ensure reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and life-safety systems while coordinating preventive maintenance and responding to emergencies. The role requires conducting inspections, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining equipment records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations of the condominium.
• Conduct regular inspections of building facilities, equipment, and technical rooms.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, FDAS, and life-safety systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and programs.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures or maintenance needs.
• Respond to and coordinate technical emergencies and equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Review work quality and ensure compliance with scope of work.
• Maintain accurate equipment records and maintenance logs.
• Assist in preparing annual maintenance plans and technical budgets.
