Job summary

Seda Vertis North is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to oversee concierge operations and ensure guests receive prompt, personalized, and professional assistance during their stay. You will supervise the Concierge team and coordinate with Front Office, Bell Service, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will handle guest concerns, monitor daily operations, maintain standards, and support training and development of the Concierge staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related course
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Services, Front Office, or a similar role in a hotel environment
• Preferably with previous supervisory or team-leading experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of guest assistance, transportation coordination, luggage services, and local destinations and attractions
• Able to handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple guest requirementsStrong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned at Seda Vertis North, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Oversee concierge operations and ensure guests receive prompt, personalized, and professional assistance.
• Supervise the Concierge team and oversee guest assistance including transportation arrangements, luggage handling, local recommendations, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Bell Service, Housekeeping, Security and other hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in handling guest concerns, monitor daily operations and shift endorsements, maintain service standards, and support training and development of Concierge team members.
