Job summary

South Palms Resort Panglao, part of Panglao Bay Premiere Parks & Resorts Corporation, seeks a dedicated Concierge Supervisor to lead the front desk concierge team and ensure personalized guest assistance.

You will handle special requests, reservations, transportation, tours, and other arrangements, coordinate with other departments, train staff, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and dining. This role requires a service-oriented mindset and adherence to hotel standards.
