Qualifications

• Familiarity with computer hardware, software installation, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer, printer, and network issues.
• Repair and replace defective computer components, including hard drives, RAM, power supplies, and other hardware.
• Install and update software, drivers, and security patches.
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
