Qualifications

• Map employee certifications to corresponding job titles and ensure competency alignment.
• Identify expired, missing, or non-compliant certifications and elevate for action.
• Maintain accurate records of certifications in line with compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse gaps in employee certifications and feed into the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Ensure the TNA captures mandatory refresher training, licence renewals, and upskilling requirements.
• Collaborate with managers to review and approve training plans.
• Track completion of training programs and monitor compliance.
