Job summary

Concentrix in Quezon City is seeking a Specialist, Controls & Compliance with at least 3 years of experience in control and compliance. You will help check processes, review risk signs, and take early action to prevent issues while supporting client reviews and investigations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience related to Control and Compliance.
• Experience in audit and compliance reporting.
• Ability to conduct investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Check processes to ensure rules are followed and review key risk signs.
• Support reviews of client concerns and lead investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Detect suspicious activities and ensure fast response to security issues.
• Create clear audit and compliance reports highlighting findings and action plans.
• Complete mandatory training within the timeframe.
• Participate in regular 1:1 meetings with manager/direct reports.
