Job summary

Manulife, via MBPS, is seeking a Compliance Testing Analyst to join the Central Compliance team in Cebu City. The role supports testing, monitoring and QA activities across Asia, reporting to the Testing Team Lead/Assistant Manager.

You will contribute to the annual testing plan, prepare reports, and help develop training materials. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in compliance or related financial services, strong English communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in Compliance, testing, banking, internal or external audit background or any related financial services experience.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, excellent English proficiency in writing and communication, and adept in report writing.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or related course
