Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Compliance and Testing professional to support the annual testing program and strengthen business processes across our financial services operations.

You will prepare testing activities, create templates, gather data, and draft comprehensive reports, while developing training materials for management and stakeholders.

You'll research regulations, liaise with regulatory personnel, and ensure ongoing compliance in a fast‑paced, globally integrated environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years in Compliance, testing, banking, internal or external audit background or related financial services experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent English proficiency in writing and communication, and adept in report writing.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, and ethical decision making abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new compliance systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or related course.
